Attorneys from Fennemore will provide practical guidance on employment eligibility verification, I-9 compliance, record-keeping requirements, and what employers should know if questioned by immigration authorities. The discussion will also feature partners from Nexus Strategy Group who will cover how organizations can prepare for and respond to enforcement actions, including the role of crisis communications and internal response planning should a warrant be executed at a worksite.
