Spring 2025 Events Granting Internship (January - May 2025)

The Events Intern will assist the event team with coordination of any Events;
primarily working our Wish Ball and Kids for Wish Kids events.
Each intern is supported by the Human Resources Manager, who manages the internship experience.

This is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITES:
? Assist with the above mentioned events. This will consist of procuring items, completing the item
intake process (in-kind donation forms), photographing items,
? Discovery, cultivation and stewardship of event participants and supporters.
? Post event follow up and acknowledgement.
? Provide administrative support for events department.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Excellent project management, customer service, and communication
? Ability to work quickly and independently.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
? Minimum of 15/20-hour work week preferred with potential for weekend hours per event
schedule.
? Passion for the Make-A-Wish mission.
