Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in a well-organized team and enjoys contributing to a positive work atmosphere. The ideal candidate is well organized, analytical, and takes pride in delivering excellence. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field teams through back-office assistance, tools support and training, and logistical support. Your problem-solving skills, effective communication, and dedication to refining process efficiencies will be key assets in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with field technicians in the office, shop, and field environments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage various business processes, including customer service, billing, quoting, inventory management, and team scheduling.
- Support field teams with back-office assistance, tools support, and training.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience of field operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable collaborating with field technicians in various work settings.
- Previous experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
- Knowledge of or experience in coordinating or managing multiple business processes.
- Experience in coordinating service activities across multiple clients is beneficial.

- Monday to Friday
