Learning & Development Specialist
Location: Tempe, AZ
Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days onsite, first 90 days fully onsite)
Job Description:
West Pharma is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our team members, managers, and leaders have access to impactful learning experiences. You'll work collaboratively with content owners and managers to develop training programs that align with West, customer, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you'll oversee the accurate tracking of learning activities in our LMS and provide valuable insights into training progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage training matrices, curricula, and assignments.
Coordinate new hire orientation and support training initiatives.
Serve as a mentor to site trainers and contribute to projects promoting best practices.
Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to standardize and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in learning and development or training.
Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry is preferred.
Proficiency in adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning technologies.
Strong communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
