Position Overview  We are seeking a versatile, hands-on IT Systems Administrator to manage technology operations at Shin-Etsu MicroSi.  This role serves as the lead IT resource for the company, balancing ERP ownership with day-to-day infrastructure and user support. In this role, you will do more than maintain systems.  You will serve as a strategic partner responsible for keeping the business running smoothly while helping position the company for future growth. The ideal
