EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION OF WOMEN CIVIC LEADERS
OUR MISSION
The Junior League of Phoenix, Inc. is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.
WHO WE ARE
JLP was established in 1935 by young women interested in becoming volunteers trained to address the community challenges and needs of Greater Phoenix. We have contributed to opening notable Phoenix landmarks and non-profits like the Ronald McDonald House, Arizona Science Center, and more. Today, we continue to enable passionate women volunteers with opportunities and training to give back to the Phoenix community.
WHAT WE DO
Junior League of Phoenix (JLP) is working on Empowering Women and Girls to be academically and financially successful. Through hands-on support and fundraising, JLP, along with a coalition of community partners, is working on preparing women and girls for and supporting them through significant life changes by giving them educational support, assisting them in accessing services, and providing financial training to improve their marketability and confidence. Our volunteers receive training and social support through membership.

Many of our members have extensive non-profit board service experience and may be available to support yo
