MPR Med Exercise builds strength and endurance with resistance bands, improve joint movement with guided workouts, support your health with hydration and weight management tips, and strengthen your feet through safe barefoot balance training.

Created by a Medical Exercise Specialist the activity is conducted wherever the participant is located. The program is designed to be portable and flexible, allowing individuals to train anywhere—at home, while traveling, or in any convenient setting.

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the US. But as participation surges, so do injuries. Falls, strains, and overuse injuries are sidelining players at every level.

The missing piece? Structured movement preparation. Most programs focus on skills and strategy but rarely address balance, hip stability, and injury prevention. MPR Pickleball Power fills that gap.

The MPR philosophy centers on the idea that movement is restorative and strength is foundational. Just as “Motion is Lotion” for our joints, strength training serves as the essential “medicine” for our physiology, providing the necessary structural support for the skeletal system.

Essentially MPR Med Exercise programs bridges the gap between human biology and peak physical health by delivering the strength-based solutions our bodies require.
