About Us
New Pathways for Youth is dedicated to transforming lives of youth facing adversity through one-to-one mentoring and life skill development. We envision a community where all young people have the opportunity to achieve their full potential -- to be successful in school, their career and the life they envision for themselves.
A model and thought-leader in transformative mentoring, New Pathways works with teens in the greater Phoenix Area who have experienced four or more Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and who's families fall below the poverty line. New Pathways facilitates relationships between these teens and well-trained volunteer mentors in a connected community of other matches. Together these communities learn a research-based personal development curriculum to see all the possibilities for their lives. Since 1989, NPFY has transformed over 6,500 lives, currently serving 400 youth annually.
