Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. (WECA) serves merit shop electrical contractors, their employees, and the industry suppliers that support them. In Arizona, WECA offers a federal and state-approved Commercial Electrical Apprenticeship program to prepare construction workers for an electrical career. In addition, they offer continuing education classes for journeyperson electricians.
