The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce presents World Series champion and Hall of Fame Manager Tony La Russa  to share his insights on building a championship team. La Russa\, who serves as chief baseball officer for the Arizona Diamondbacks\, has the third most wins as a MLB manager in the history of the league.
