\n Israel G. Torres is the Managing Partner of Torres Consulting and Law \n Group (TCLG)\, a law and public affairs consulting firm based in Phoenix\, \n Arizona. Mr. Torres has served on Gov. Janet Napolitano's Cabinet and as \n Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) from 2003 to \n 2006. During his ROC tenure\, he developed – collaboratively\, with \n industry\, consumers and elder-focused organizations – initiatives to \n curtail construction fraud\, shoddy work and the related victimization of \n Arizona seniors. Torres currently serves on the boards of the Arizona \n Consumers Council\, the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and \n Children's Action Alliance.
