As \n		the DBE Supportive Services Manager at Arizona Department of \n		Transportation\, she is responsible for managing the DBE Supportive \n		Services Department which includes providing one-on-one assistance for \n		small\, women\, and minority owned businesses as well as federal \n		contractors and public owners.\n		\n		Tony Hatcher has been with the City of Phoenix for fifteen years as the \n		Minority\, Women and Small Business Enterprise (M/W/SBE) Procurement \n		Manager for the Finance Department Purchasing Division. He is \n		responsible for the Outreach and development of the M/W/SBE Program\, in \n		assisting firms in doing business with the City.
