Please supply your own easels\, sign stands\, or plastic \nholders necessary to display your materials at a tabletop display. You may drape \na banner over the front of your table\, but not put one up without a stand.\n\n\nAFTER REGISTERING\, CLICK HERE \nTO GET EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS + ORDER FORMS\n\nYou must order \npower and internet access from the hotel's AV department. Attached please find \nthe order form for electricity\, internet access etc. as well as the pricing. \nPlease contact the hotel directly with any questions about ordering these \nadditional services for your exhibit.\n\nPlease remember that there are no \non-site sales or food sampling allowed at this event. Only small\, pre-packaged \nitems like candies and mints are permitted.\n\nSpace is limited and will be \nassigned on a first-come\, first-serve basis. Space assignments \nwill not be made available until exhibitor check-in\, the morning of the event. \nTabletop placement requests are not guaranteed.
