This \n			workshop has been created to give a select group of local businesses \n			the opportunity to network with each other as well as learn from \n			local experts in family business consulting. The workshop provides a \n			twist on the traditional workshop format as the discussion with the \n			participants and experts takes place between acts of the production \n			''The Perils of Pauline's Family Business.'' \n\nAbout the \n			Day: This half day event provides a comfortable learning \n			environment for family owned businesses to discuss the unique \n			challenges taking place within their own enterprises. Actors will \n			role play the challenges facing Pauline and her business\, issues \n			such as how to adjust to generational differences in management \n			style\, how to deal with the different skill levels of her children \n			and what to do if her in-laws are more capable than ''blood?'' These \n			and other challenges will be presented via three family ''meetings'' \n			over Thanksgiving dinner's occurring at different points in the life \n			of the family. The audience (family business owners) will \n			participate in a facilitated discussion by two leading family \n			business experts\, Ernesto Poza and Leslie Dashew. \n\n\n			Why Should You Attend: While family businesses are the \n			backbone of the US economy\, they like many businesses are facing \n			major challenges.
