DESCRIPTION:Issue Committees: As part of the Public Affairs Committee\, the issue committees offer the Chamber additional guidance\,\nleadership\, and participation before and during the legislative season.\nBudget and Tax Committee:   Works to promote tax and budget policies that support the retention of businesses\, attract new investment and create employment in the greater Phoenix region and Arizona. If other Chamber issue committees are evaluating policies that also have a tax and/or fiscal impact\, the Budget and Tax issue committee will be included in that evaluation process to ensure consistency with the Chamber's Guiding Principles.\n\n\n\nWorkforce Readiness Committee: Works to enhance academic achievement and accountability while offering appropriate skill training that answers employment needs to create a stronger\, protected workforce.
