TPM is a demand-driven\, employer-led approach to closing the talent gap. TPM convenes employers to directly work together to address common talent problems. This framework was developed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation using supply chain methodologies. \n\n \n\nThis webinar is designed for prospective TPM Upskill Academy of Arizona applicants to dive into the course content and expectations. Following this webinar\, we will invite those interested to complete an application\, with which we will determine the organizations and individuals who will be accepted into the TPM Upskill Academy of Arizona.
