SUMMARY:Introduction to Talent Pipeline Managementâ„¢ (TPM)
DESCRIPTION:Join the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation to learn more about Talent Pipeline Management (TPM).\n\n \n\nTalent Pipeline Management (TPM) is a demand-driven\, employer-led approach to closing the talent gap. TPM convenes employers to directly work together to address common talent problems. This framework was developed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation using supply chain methodologies. Businesses serve as the end-customer and consistently communicate hiring needs to their suppliers (education and training partners). Employers also validate these programs and develop stronger partnerships with the top talent producers by offering incentives such as brand recognition\, internships\, and scholarships.\n\n \n\nThis workshop will provide the framework for the TPM movement and approach to workforce development. In addition to this opportunity\, we will be launching the first TPM Upskill Academy of Arizona for those who are interested in this framework and want to learn more about applying the curriculum and launching workforce collaborative(s). \n\n\n\n\n\nParking information\n\nPark in the Chase Parking Garage located on the corner of Van Buren Street and 1st Street. NOTE: If there is a sign indicating the garage is for cardholders only\, please disregard and enter the garage. If there is an attendant at the gate\, please inform them you are attending a meeting at the Chamber of Commerce. \n\nYou can park anywhere that is not reserved parking. \n\n \n\nTake the elevator down to the "T" level (tunnel). Take the tunnel (under First Street) to the Chase Building\, which is located at 201 N. Central Avenue.\n\n Once in the Chase building\, take the stairs up one level and take the second bank of elevators (27-38). The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce is located on the 27th Floor. \n\n \n\nYour parking will be validated upon arrival.\n\n\n\nQuestions? Please contact Brittany Holmes bholmes@phoenixchamber.com. \n\nFor more information on the Chamber's workforce development efforts\, visit here.
