Job Description
The Palazzo in Central Phoenix is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Rep that is a proven sales leader to join our successful and driven team.  The Palazzo is a full continuum of care community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.  We are also preparing to open our new 120 bed Assisted Living in September 2018, which will offer some of the largest and nicest AL apartments in Phoenix.  The ideal candidate will have proven success touring seniors and helping them choose their ideal living situation and signing all paperwork associated with that move-in.  This person will have the ability to help advance prospects towards a decision by employing effective follow-up strategies such as home visits, phone calls, tours and other face to face opportunities.  This person should be a leader in customer service and be a great communicator, as he or she will need to regularly speak with a variety of families, prospective residents and referral sources.  The right candidate for this position will have at least four years of successful sales experience, preferably in any of the following service lines: independent living, assisted living, memory care and/or skilled nursing.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Meeting with prospective residents and family members to discuss their needs, tour the community, close the deal, sign the lease and determine a move-in time line
  • Works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development and execution of the sales & marketing plan
  • Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources
  • Answering inquiry calls using multiple forms of communication including phone calls, emails, home visits, and text
  • Creating and or communicating marketing needs including ordering promotional items
  • Managing and adhering to the sales and marketing budgets
  • Use a CRM to track Sales and Marketing activities
  • Plan and host marketing events
  • Represent the community at trade shows and other senior focused events
  • Ensure that The Palazzo’s Mission, Vision and Values are consistently maintained and act in the best interests of the Residents
Qualifications:
  • Ability to assess, critically think, strategize and implement ideas
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in senior living
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sales training, coaching and mentoring preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must love and value being a part of an amazing, cohesive team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
