A Scottish influence is prominent in Brittlebush Bar & Grill’s innovative take on the traditional gastropub experience, in which the high-quality food served is a step above more basic “pub grub.” The culinary efforts of Chef Graeme Blair, a Scotland native and Arizona resident, comprise homeland favorites and family recipes with a modern Arizona twist. The menu has been created with sustainability in mind by using local ingredients and flavors.
