Join us for a brief presentation from Honorable Clancy Jayne, Justice of the Peace. Judge Jayne will inform attendees about the duties of a Justice of the Peace- from small claims, civil cases and traffic violations to misdemeanor offenses of shoplifting and writing bad checks. Judge Jayne will share the hot button issues in the Deer Valley area that affect your business and your quality of life.
Elected in November of 2008, Judge Jayne is the first Justice of the Peace for Desert Ridge. He has over 30 years experience as small business owner, and has previously served as a State Representative for District 6 in the Arizona Legislature. His experience on the Deer Valley Village Planning Committee and as a Commissioner on The Maricopa County Planning and Zoning Commission offers him insight into the growth and structure of the Deer Valley region.
Located on the frontage road (Beardsley), and is only accessed one way.
