Join us for chamberEXEC, an intimate conversation-like forum allowing our Premier Members to discuss topics relevant to business today. This month's topic is "5 Generations, 1 Workforce: Cultivating an Inclusive and Productive Workplace for a Multi-Generational Workforce " with guest facilitator Amy Goad, Managing Director with Sendero Consulting.
In this session, we will discuss the differences and commonalities across generations, how experiences shape the behaviors and values of each generation in our workforce, and discuss strategies to create a welcoming and productive working environment for all.
Amy will engage the group by starting the conversation, encouraging dialog between members, and answering questions. There will be food and beverages available and plenty of networking time with other Premier Members.
