Speaker: John Balazentis, Arizona Market Manager for PNC Organizational Financial Wellness

This month's topic is "Evolving Needs of the Multigenerational Workforce" with John Balazentis, Arizona Market Manager for PNC Organizational Financial Wellness. In this session, members will learn about the biggest stressors facing today’s multigenerational workforce and how to help remove barriers to employees’ personal financial planning with the right mix of benefits. The group will discuss how to maximize the return on talent investment and much more. John will engage the group by sharing takeaways from recent employer survey findings and will encourage dialog between members.

John Balazentis is the Arizona market manager for PNC Organizational Financial Wellness. He and his team are dedicated to serving clients through PNC’s OFW solutions, which empower organizations to address individual and targeted employee needs with a suite of customizable financial wellness solutions, tailored to every career and life stage, and conveniently delivered through a dedicated PNC team. John has been with PNC since the company’s 2008 acquisition of National City Corporation, where he served in various roles since 1999. He began his financial services career at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1994.
