The Greater Phoenix Chamber invites you to attend our quarterly Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Employer Forum on November 10!
Join us as our DEI committee hosts breakout group discussions to answer questions and provide guidance on developing and implementing your own inclusive workplace strategies.
This session will focus on breaking down the myths behind diversity, equity & inclusion, digging down to the root causes for focusing on DEI, and pushing aside hesitancies within your organization.
Attendees will participate in breakout rooms and have the opportunity to:
- Ask questions about the Chamber’s DEI Toolkit for Businesses
- Hear what other organizations have implemented and found success doing
- Learn from experts in the DEI industry
- Share challenges and opportunities with others who are prioritizing a more inclusive workplace
