by [merz] project architects was completed to
commercial standards in 2008. The building has
been featured in multiple design and lifestyle
magazines, is a winner of architectural and
green-building awards, and serves as a template
for the possibilities of small-scale, multi-use infill in
downtown Phoenix.

The After Hours Building is located in the heart of
Phoenix, one block west of the Phoenix Art Museum
and Light Rail station at Central and McDowell Road.
