If members of
the general public wish to hear the Mayor's State of the City Address only,
they will be admitted at the start of his presentation at no cost.
Free parking at North Garage, 475 E. Monroe Street. Enter this garage
from Monroe Street just west of 5th Street. Space is limited.
No refunds
will be made for cancelations within 72 hours of the event.
