Generally, we spend the second-highest percentage of the day in our work environment. The average person spends about 8-9 hours a day working five days a week. People often have snacks and meals planned out so they can eat throughout the workday. However, sometimes eating throughout the workday can be a challenge for many of us, whether it is overeating or undereating from stress, anxiety, or simply being too busy. In the last year, mindful nutrition and snacking have looked different for all of us as we transitioned to working from home during the pandemic.
