Teach for America & Stand for Children are two of America's strongest advocates for children's education today. The lessons learned from their work with low-income children can be applied to children of all socioeconomic backgrounds. Join us as we hear how these transformative education strategies can create opportunities for academic success, and in turn, improve career options for all Arizona students. Wendy Kopp, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Teach For America, and Jonah Edelman, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stand for Children, will discuss what it will take to scale these successes and provide all children with an excellent education.
As part of our Q&A portion, business leaders from various industries will join us for a discussion on how transforming education today will impact the workforce of tomorrow.
