Join the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Snell & Wilmer for Phoenix in the Know, the Chamber’s educational series supporting Arizona businesses. The series briefs business owners, executives and developers on important, timely topics that will directly impact them.

The Phoenix Chamber is hosting Snell & Wilmer attorney Ashley Kasarjian, an employment attorney who provides day-to-day advice to business executives and human resources departments, defends companies in litigation, and helps businesses manage risk. She will offer a one-hour overview on new statutes and regulations that businesses must comply with and discuss how businesses may want to prepare, as well as cover hot topics in employment laws.

She will address the Department of Labor’s new overtime laws impacting employees’ classifications and pay, key information for navigating the winding road of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) compliance, and discuss the importance of detailed HR audits.
