Stephany has an associate degree in organizational leadership from Phoenix College. Stephany is also accredited in Business & Management, which helped her become a continuous improvement coach for the Department of Economic Security for the state of Arizona. Her knowledge helped bridge the gap between traditional economic systems and modern-day strategies. Additionally, she has a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing from Devry University Phoenix, which allowed her to advance within her career track and become the lead collections agent within the Department of Child Support Services. Stephany's commitment to serving her community at the highest level led her to earn a Master's degree in Legal Studies with an emphasis on Corporate & Healthcare Compliance from ASU Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. This accreditation enables her to facilitate training and lead conversations on improving business and wellness.
