In 2010, the Arizona College and Career Ready Standards were adopted by the Board of Education to ensure all students have the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in college, career and life. During the current 2014 session, there is legislation to repeal these previously adopted standards. The panel will discuss the importance of these standards and the necessity of a high quality assessment tool to ensure success of Arizona's students.
