Councilwoman Peggy Neely proudly represents District 2, which encompasses most of north and northeast Phoenix and covers more than 110 square miles. Ms. Neely is also a current member of the Paradise Valley Community College President's Roundtable and a past president and current member of the Paradise Valley School District United Parent Council.
