We invite you to participate in the Greater Phoenix Chamber's quarterly Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Forum, taking place virtually on Thursday, February 29th.
Social Capital: The Unseen Asset in Driving Successful DEI Initiatives is designed to equip leaders and professionals with a deep understanding of how social capital impacts Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. Participants will learn strategies to build and leverage social networks within organizations to foster a more inclusive culture and enhance DEI outcomes. Through interactive discussions this session will explore the transformative power of relationships and trust in achieving sustainable diversity goals.
