Join the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation for the new Reimagining Today's Workforce Webinar Series. In an everchanging workforce landscape, this series will connect employers and community leaders with tools and best practices to support their talent development strategies, provide current workforce trends, highlight partnerships with education providers, and more.
The scale of disruption affecting organizations is unprecedented and requires fundamental changes to most facets of the work experience. On August 13, hear from Max Rasovsky and Erik Steffensen with Point B as they share back-to-the-office strategies including developing and executing a human-centered plan for peak efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on safety, equity, choice, and discuss how to execute with a focus on long-term sustainability.
Point B approaches the strategy, design, and rollout of new workforce and workplace models with empathy and expertise by holistically looking at work and combining human and machine, physical and digital elements to find a better way.
The presentation will cover contact tracing, explore how employee safety will lead organizations back into the workplace, and review rapid deployment of advanced technology designed for human behavior, privacy considerations, and adoption through organizational change management.
Attendees will learn new ways of working, acknowledging lessons to be learned from the COVID-19 work disruption, discover how designing a roadmap addresses the entire workforce experience, and develop strategies to take a rapid and iterative approach to implementation.
