Today's workforce is comprised of four generations for the first time in history. As members of Generation Y, our views on workplace topics such as work-life balance and management styles often deviate from our superiors. Since generational differences can create communication gaps, it's imperative as a young professional to foster effective communication which can help eliminate major confrontations and misunderstanding in your organization.

Join the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce's Valley Young Professionals at Anthem College Thursday, May 31st for an interactive presentation and workshop from Carolyn Andrews, Firm Owner and CEO of ActionCOACH Business Coaching. Carolyn will discuss communication differences that lead to tension in the workplace for young professionals and provide tools and suggestions on how you can effectively communicate through workplace issues.
