Rodizio Grill, the first authentic Brazilian steakhouse in the U.S., has an exciting job opportunity for a Bartender position. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the culinary scene and enthusiastic about providing an extraordinary guest experience. The Bartender position at our vibrant restaurant is Part-Time and requires the person to work on-site, as this is Not a Remote Job.
As a key member of our team, the Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their visits become memorable dining experiences. Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Help answer phone calls when hosts and managers are not available.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, as well as proprietary recipes unique to Rodizio Grill.
- Assist the manager in placing orders for inventory upkeep.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Completes assigned side work by management.
- Weekends and holidays are mandatory work requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Ability to walkthrough, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Must be over 18 years old in order to serve alcoholic drinks.
