Rick actively engages in the industry, serving on boards like HR.com and the Hartman Institute. Rick, an ASU alum, and holds a council position on the Alumni Association at Arizona State and presents his Leadership Engagement workshop to ASU Alumni Leadership Institute classes.
Rick founded Apex GTS in 2022, drawing upon his experience to help consultants and organizations discover their peak potential. He guides them through growth, transformation, and success with tailored strategies and solutions.
