Description
Business Expo 2009 is a table-top only expo that draws hundreds of attendees from many local companies from a variety of industries throughout the Valley. This event spotlights products and services from local companies and includes a luncheon with a keynote speaker.

• Exhibitor Set-up: 8:30 am to 10:30 am
• Business Expo: 11 am to 3 pm
• Luncheon: 11:30 am to 1:00 pm - Additional registration required.

TABLETOP DISPLAY AREA
You will be provided with one 6' draped table, two chairs and one identification sign. Please supply your own easels, sign stands, or plastic holders necessary to display your materials at a tabletop display. You may drape a banner over the front of your table, but not put one up without a stand.

You must order power and internet access from the hotel's AV department. Attached please find the order form for electricity, internet access etc. as well as the pricing. Please contact the hotel directly with any questions about ordering these additional services for your exhibit.
Please remember that there are no on-site sales or food sampling allowed at this event. Only small, pre-packaged items like candies and mints are permitted.
Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space assignments will not be made available until exhibitor check-in, the morning of the event. Tabletop placement requests are not guaranteed. Payment must be made in advance. There will be no cancellations or refunds for the luncheon after December 4, 2009..
