Due to concerns regarding community health regarding the spread of COVID-19, the Greater Phoenix Chamber team has elected to shift to a telework office and postpone or cancel upcoming events. The Chamber team will still be available to members via phone and email. The Chamber will continue to communicate with you as more information and resources become available. The Chamber’s COVID-19 resource page will remain current with news impacting businesses.
Additionally, our team will be sharing a weekly community health update to ensure that you and your business are aware of what is happening in our community.
Talent Pipeline Management™ Upskill Academy Informational Webinar
Arizona is excited to host the first Talent Pipeline Management™ (TPM) Upskill Academy through a partnership with the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation!
We are looking for organizations and individuals who want to learn how to bring businesses and education providers together to transform the talent pipeline through participating in this Academy. TPM is a demand-driven, employer-led approach to closing the talent gap. TPM convenes employers to directly work together to address common talent problems. This framework was developed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation using supply chain methodologies.
This webinar is designed for prospective TPM Upskill Academy of Arizona applicants to dive into the course content and expectations. Following this webinar, we will invite those interested to complete an application, with which we will determine the organizations and individuals who will be accepted into the TPM Upskill Academy of Arizona. The academy will consist of up to 30 individuals who are committed to launching workforce collaborative(s), applying the TPM curriculum, and sustaining the work of the collaborative(s).
